Ingredients


  • heirloom tomatoes, sliced

  • vegan mozzarella, sliced

  • basil leaves/dollops of pesto

  • salt and pepper, to taste


(optional)

  • drizzle of alcohol-free balsamic/apple cider vinegar

  • olive oil, for drizzling


Instructions


  1. Arrange the tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil leaves on a platter. Sprinkle with sea salt and ground black pepper.

  2. Add/remove ingredients to your liking.
