Ingredients
250g buckwheat flour
500ml water
Pinch of salt
Topping suggestions:
Courgette, Mushroom, Spinach, Vegan cheese, Sundried tomato, Toasted nut
Instructions
Mix the buckwheat flour and salt in a large bowl. Gradually add water while whisking to avoid lumps, until you achieve a smooth, thin batter. Let the batter rest for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Cook on a hot, lightly greased billig or crepe pan.
Prepare your preferred toppings. Serve and enjoy!
