French Crepes

Ingredients


  • 250g buckwheat flour

  • 500ml water

  • Pinch of salt

  • Topping suggestions:

    • Courgette, Mushroom, Spinach, Vegan cheese, Sundried tomato, Toasted nut


Instructions


  1. Mix the buckwheat flour and salt in a large bowl. Gradually add water while whisking to avoid lumps, until you achieve a smooth, thin batter. Let the batter rest for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  2. Cook on a hot, lightly greased billig or crepe pan.

  3. Prepare your preferred toppings. Serve and enjoy!
