Miso Soup






Ingredients

4-5 servings

  • 1L water

  • 10 grams dried wakame seaweed, soaked and drained

  • 300 grams silken tofu, cubed

  • 3 tbsp miso paste, diluted in some warm water

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • Salt, to taste

  • 1 tbsp white sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)


Instructions


  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot.

  2. Add seaweed and tofu, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Turn off the heat. Stir in miso water.

  4. Add sesame oil and salt to taste.

  5. Garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
