Ingredients
4-5 servings
1L water
10 grams dried wakame seaweed, soaked and drained
300 grams silken tofu, cubed
3 tbsp miso paste, diluted in some warm water
1 tsp sesame oil
Salt, to taste
1 tbsp white sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Bring water to a boil in a pot.
Add seaweed and tofu, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Turn off the heat. Stir in miso water.
Add sesame oil and salt to taste.
Garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
