Ingredients
(3-4 portions)
20g soy sauce
10g vegan oyster sauce
12g maple/agave syrup
1 tsp ginger paste/mince
1~2 tsp corn flour
4 tsp water
(optional)
a pinch of black pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
Mix everything!
Serve with pan-fired tofu/tempeh wrapped with seaweed strips.
Garnish with white sesame seeds and seaweed flakes (optional).
