Teriyaki Sauce for easy impressive Asian taste




Ingredients

(3-4 portions)

  • 20g soy sauce

  • 10g vegan oyster sauce

  • 12g maple/agave syrup

  • 1 tsp ginger paste/mince

  • 1~2 tsp corn flour

  • 4 tsp water


(optional)

  • a pinch of black pepper

  • 1 tsp sesame oil


Instructions


  1. Mix everything!

  2. Serve with pan-fired tofu/tempeh wrapped with seaweed strips.

  3. Garnish with white sesame seeds and seaweed flakes (optional).
